We’re looking for a hard-working and dependable Inventory Specialist who thrives on accuracy, organization, and follow-through. This role plays a key part in ensuring our materials, systems, and financial processes stay aligned so our warehouse, service, and accounting teams can operate with excellence and confidence every day.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Complete Receiving Process through various company systems.
- Maintaining accuracy between material handling software Kojo and accounting system Foundation.
- Coordinate Linking of Purchase Orders with AP Specialist.
- Be proficient in Excel and produce reports as needed.
- Coordinate material/tool/equipment inventory within various systems.
- Collect and enter the Service Dept. various warehouse inventory uses.
- Produce and distribute weekly any/all reporting needed for WHSE Associates to complete their tasks.
- Support and assist the Supply & Warehouse Manager as needed.
- Work as back-up and support to Accounting Specialist by managing AP, AR and CC reconciliations on a rotation basis.
- Communicate directly with Vendors to process material orders.
- Manage all office supply inventory and purchasing for both buildings.
- Be at work, on time every day and do not exceed PTO.
